• Houses, North and South of the River offer care to adolescents
• Most of them have high support needs (multiple disabilities and challenging behaviours)

Supported Accommodation - Adults

• A number of houses across the metropolitan area, caring for adults aged from 19 years to over 60 years of age
• Residents have a range of support needs from very high to low
  
• A developing issue is the needs of residents who are ageing

Residential Services Plan, 2005 - 2008

The Residential Services Plan for i.d.entity.wa’s accommodation services has been completed and was endorsed by the Board of Governors in June, 2005. The plan draws heavily on the “Internal Analysis – Stage One” report completed in April 2004 by Stephan van Vlijmen, and the Gatter and Associates “Service Viability” report completed in January 2005. The plan reflects i.d.entity.wa’s current Strategic Plan and the associated Strategic Directions for the organization for the next three years. It will create opportunities within the Residential Services to review existing models, and to look at new and innovative ways of continuing to provide quality care to the many existing residents who are ageing or have other changed needs.
