Quality Management Framework
The Disability Services Commission’s (DSC) Quality Management Framework is used to measure how successful we are in supporting people in achieving positive relationships, a lifestyle of choice, support networks and wellbeing. Click here to find out more.
The six National Standards for Disability Services are designed to promote nationally consistent quality standards for the disability services sector. These Standards are applied to all services funded or delivered by the DSC or by National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) providers. The Standards form the basis of the WA Quality System under which the quality of Identitywa’s services are assessed. Click here to find out more.
Community Care Common Standards
The quality of our In-Home support is assessed against the WA Department of Health’s Community Care Common Standards. Click here to find out more.
We also have a comprehensive range of policies which guide our service delivery. Click here to find out more.
Code of Conduct
All staff receive Code of Conduct training to help them integrate Identitywa’s core values into their everyday working lives. Click here to find out more.
