Identitywa welcomes access to the NDIS for people living in Bassendean and Bayswater
The opportunity to offer support services to people living in the suburbs of Bassendean and Bayswater has been welcomed by Identitywa, one of WA’s largest organisations supporting children and adults with disability throughout the metropolitan area.
In a joint media release from the Hon Christian Porter MP, Minister for Social Services and The Hon Donna Faragher MLC, WA Minister for Disability Services in 2016, it was announced in that the NDIS would be rolled out to additional areas in Western Australia as from 1 January 2017.
Identitywa CEO, Marina Re, confirmed that Identitywa is well placed to support additional individuals and families who have access to the NDIS for the first time.
“Our trained and competent staff are available to assist with people with disability and their families to ensure that the wonderful opportunity presented by the NDIS is realised.”
