Our Core Values

The Board of Governors, management, staff and volunteers of i.d.entity.wa are committed to living out the following core values as a moral community, based on the Christian principle: "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul and with all your mind…and love your neighbour as yourself" (Matthew 22:37-39, NIV).

Our Philosophical Bases

The philosophies that form the basis for i.d.entity.wa policy and operations are:

• Christian Ethos - doing to others as we would have them do, and loving others as we love ourselves
  
• Social Role Valorisation - creating valued social roles for people who are devalued in our society, and putting in place skills and safeguards to maintain these roles
