Supporting people with disability and their families has been at the heart of Identitywa’s mission since we began over 40 years ago. And while our mission remains unchanged today, we are embracing an empowering new approach in the way we provide that support.

Our approach involves understanding each person and each family’s needs in order to tailor our supports to each unique situation. As families and individuals move through different stages of life, our supports are designed to adapt; changing as people’s goals and dreams change.

I encourage you to tell us your story, and share your hopes and concerns with us, for it is through open and honest conversations that we build strong relationships. From here we can plan a future together that ensures each person lives with a sense of purpose, a sense of belonging and a sense of wellbeing.
