Identitywa is a leading disability support service provider in Western Australia, working with participants and families to support people to thrive.
We design and manage high quality, accessible homes to accommodate the unique needs of people living with disability.
We have vacancies in our contemporary new homes which are located across the metropolitan area. These homes are designed to promote independence and quality of life; they are single story, feature generous master sized bedrooms with ensuites, include relaxing outdoor spaces and incorporate assistive technology to enhance independence and safety.
In addition to the new homes, we have vacancies in existing homes for participants with SIL or ADL funding. These homes include features such as spacious living areas, open plan accessible kitchen/dining and covered outdoor alfresco.
