As the end of 2022 nears, the Identitywa community gathered for our Annual Review Night.

Marina Re, Graeme Mander and Mimli Kulshreshtha
Board Chair Graeme Mander welcomed participants, family members, and Identitywa workers to the Annual General Meeting, which is held before the announcement of the annual Employee Recognition Awards and Years of Service Awards.
Graeme also introduced and welcomed our new Treasurer, Mimli Kulshreshtha, who presented the 2021 – 2022 Financial Report, followed by Chief Executive Officer Marina Re, who delivered her report.
Presentations were made to workers nominated by families and colleagues for their outstanding commitment to the people we support, and the Years of Service awards were also presented to those workers who have been with Identitywa for over 10 and 20 years.
There were two special presentations. Retiring Board Treasurer, Linda Walsh, was thanked and acknowledged for her significant contribution over 11 years as a member of the Identitywa Board. Also acknowledged was Engagement Leader Ed Mayvis, who recently retired from Identitywa after 37 years of service.
Graeme thanked them both for their outstanding dedication and commitment.
He then commenced the Awards night.“On behalf of the Board and Executive Management, we extend our sincere thanks for the commitment and dedication of each of the people who have been nominated by one of our families or their co-workers for making significant contributions to the lives of the people we support,” said Graeme.“At the forefront of the organisation, they truly live the Vision, Mission, and Values in their work. Before I announce the winners, I would also like to thank our judges, parents, Jenny Drury and Di Rook, for their time to ensure the most outstanding people working in our special organisation are recognised.”
