Dale’s recovery from COVID
Being in ‘COVID Iso’ can be a challenge for some people, but for Dale, it’s an opportunity for some extra TLC!
Dale lives with his housemates in an Identitywa shared living home. His support workers are doing all they can to make sure he is safe and well cared for as he is experiencing what is, fortunately, a very mild dose of COVID.
They had a fun Q & A session with Dale, and this is what he had to say about his COVID experience:
What’s the best thing about isolation? – “Breakfast in bed!”
Are you getting bored? – “No”
How are you keeping busy while isolating?- “Video calls with my family, playing computer games and watching my favourite TV show, (Australian drama) Prisoner!
What do you miss the most?- “Mum and my family.”
Are you excited about when your quarantine is over? – “Kinda,” he says with a cheeky smile.
Dale is enjoying all the attention, and we think not having to go to work for a while!
