A strong commitment to social justice, equity, building capacity and inclusion are at the centre of what Gill Watts believes she is bringing to Identitywa as the newly appointed Executive Manager of Disability Services.

She is also a wife and mother of two teenagers.
“My motivation is to lead teams to deliver high quality, person-centred services which make a difference in the lives of people with disability and their families,” said Gill. “I am very much looking forward to working with the Identitywa team as we begin the next chapter of Identitywa’s journey guided by its Strategic Plan 2025.
