New building project launched by Identitywa

It's a thumbs up from Marina, Andrew and Sandro!
Identitywa’s strong focus on increasing housing opportunities has seen a number of significant building initiatives launched over the past few months.
In mid-May, we were delighted to host a “turning of the sod’ ceremony for two homes in Cloverdale which will be completed by November 2021.
Builders Geared Construction in partnership with Halton Design and Proven PM, have homes which include in large living spaces, well connected outdoor areas, alfresco space, and water wise garden areas.
Geared Construction Director, Declan Treacy said: “We are thrilled to be working closely with Identitywa to deliver these homes which will be fully accessible, with design and construction encouraging natural light throughout the properties.’
The commitment to building homes for Identitywa participants has been a strong focus for the Board.
“There is currently a shortage of accessible housing in the Perth metropolitan area and Identitywa is hoping we can create more opportunities for people to live in quality homes of their choice,” said Board Chair, Graeme Mander.
“We have been planning these projects for a number of years and have been very keen to find the right partners to work with. We are delighted to see these two homes being started and look forward to continuing with Geared Construction.” said Graeme.
