L-R: Therapy Focus CEO, Matt Burrows, Identitywa CEO Marina Re and Identitywa Manager Services, Tracey Beckwith work on putting the terms of the MoU into action.

Identitywa and Therapy Focus will work closely to support children and families with disability after signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

Board Chairs from both organisations signed the MoU in June, and this week, Therapy Focus CEO, Matt Burrows and Identitywa CEO, Marina Re began putting the terms of the agreement into action.

Matt Burrows said, “The agreement will result in better information sharing between staff and clients, and ultimately referral pathways between the organisations.”

Marina Re added that, “These referral pathways will ensure people have the information they need to access both therapy supports offered by Therapy Focus and the range of community and living supports that Identitywa provides.”

Both Board’s agreed it should be a non-exclusive arrangement, leaving each organisation free to foster similar relationships throughout the disability sector.
